Reiki levels
Reiki means ‘universal life force energy’. Reiki brings light to the lives of people assisting to bring heaven on earth.
In being drawn to Reiki and learning to apply the energy given, you are embracing the part of the divine which seeks to restore the harmony, light and beauty within humanity and for you to fully embody your sovereign divinity.
Reiki (pronounced “Ray – Key”) is a system of natural healing traditionally involving the laying-on of hands, and is thought to be thousands of years old. It is believed that the technique was first used by Tibetan Buddhist monks and was re-discovered in the late 1800’s by Mikao Usui. The Usui system of Reiki was a very simple but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received.
Reiki is Universal Life force energy, also known as Unconditional Love.
Reiki can be used for all purposes, conditions and situations. It is safe to use anytime, anyplace and in any situation.
Praticing Reiki
To practice Reiki, no special faith or belief is required. It is not affiliated with any form of religion. Reiki is completely natural. Once a person is reawakened by a Reiki Master to channel this energy, it will flow through their being for the rest of their lives.
As a beacon of light, transmitting the Reiki frequency, it is highly beneficial for people of all professions to learn and become attuned to Reiki. It is not required to be an energy healer in the traditional sense in order to provide this level of service. You could be a hairdresser, psychologist, masseuse, doctor, customer service representative, literally any professional would benefit. Reiki not only complements other therapies, but can actively increase or amplify the energetic exchange of the services or healing energies.

Why Learn Reiki?
Receiving the Reiki attunement raises or elevates your vibration to new heights as your energy is aligned to the Reiki Frequency. This is a permanent shift within your energy field and assists in the facilitation of reiki flowing through you.
This is why after learning Reiki, people often experience change within themselves, how they think and feel towards themselves and others.
It can naturally influence positive change with your belief systems, values and general outlook on life. These new changes come as a result of your healing, receiving spiritual nourishment and accepting more of your sovereign divinity or true self.
Whilst there are endless benefits to aligning your energy to Reiki’s frequency it also provides you with the tools and resources along with a community that can help you delve deeper into your own self-healing and learning to love yourself, create healthy boundaries and find clarity and purpose in life.
Sarah had done 5 years of spiritual development, receiving Reiki healings and working with a soul coach before she enrolled into her first Reiki 1 class. So even if you have explored other avenues, modalities or spiritual development, Reiki 1 will meet you wherever you are on your journey and elevate it to the next level. Reiki is not aligned to any specific religion or religious belief system, there is no pre-requisite to complete Reiki Level 1. If you wish to complete Levels 2, 3a and mastership then then each subsequent level will need to be completed with the minimum integration time between levels.
Whether you do it for yourself or you are drawn to being a healer in some capacity, the benefits of learning Reiki will enhance your life beyond expectations.

Reiki Level 1 Shoden
Shoden, translated from the Japanese language means ‘Beginner Teachings’. Completing this level will empower you to offer this divine healing to yourself, your family, friends, pets and even plants! Reiki Shoden will open the doors to your personal healing journey and spiritual development and elevate your vibration as you receive the attunement of this beautiful frequency.
Sarah runs this course over 2 consecutive Sundays which creates a supportive container for you to grow and assimilate the energies you will be emersed in over the course. It can be a deeply healing experience, therefore, providing space between the 2 days allows for processing of this energy, continued support and getting the most out of your learning experience including an opportunity for self-reflection. Returning to the group you can share experiences or questions from your self-healing or the healing of family friends.

- Gently opening psychic faculties
- Learn self-healing and how to perform a Reiki healing on others including hand positions
- Extensive practice time of self-healing and healing others so you leave feeling confident and comfortable in your capabilities to perform Reiki Shoden on yourself and others
- 2 full days of being emersed in the healing energy of Reiki relaxing into the sacred space that has been created for your learning and healing, giving and receive healings, experience clearings and shifts within your energy as it up levels to a higher frequency

Reiki 2 Okuden
Okuden, translated from the Japanese language means ‘Hidden Teachings’ or ‘Inner Teachings’. An advanced level of Reiki, completing Okuden will certify you as a professional Reiki Practitioner. During the Reiki 2 course you will delve further into your Reiki self-healing journey, strengthening your connection to the divine and ability to channel a stronger frequency of Reiki energy. You will learn the first 3 symbols, expand your psychic and intuitive skills, learn how to perform distance healings and the framework of becoming a professional Reiki Practitioner.
Sarah runs this course over 2 consecutive Sundays which creates a supportive container for you to grow and assimilate the energies you will be emersed in over the course. It can be a deeply healing experience, therefore, providing space between the 2 days allows for processing of this energy, continued support and getting the most out of your learning experience including an opportunity for self-reflection. Reiki 3A - Third degree Bridge to Shinpiden
Reiki 3a provides you with insight and preparation for the mastership training if you choose take up this journey. Reiki 3a strengthens and heightens your ability as a healer, prompts deeper self-awareness, reflection, and guides you through shadow work in a process of stepping further into self-love, healing, self-acceptance and heart opening. Reiki 3a teaches you that it is through your heart activation, compassion and embracing unconditional love that will enable you to become a powerful healer of your highest potential.
The reason the Third Degree and Reiki Master levels are separated is to provide a deeper space of healing, integration, and practice of the Reiki teachings to better prepare you for the master level initiations. It supports you to become more confident and comfortable in your Reiki practice as you simultaneously learn to support others in their healing and spiritual awakening. It also creates space for you to take your personal healing to new levels offering you growth into spiritual maturity that can often be bypassed when we rush this journey.

Reiki Mastership….
The Reiki Mastership Training with Sarah is structured over a series of one-on-one mentoring sessions that will be tailored to your needs. Completed within a 6 – 12-month timeframe, it will empower you to become a Reiki Master teacher and support your soul’s growth and journey of self-mastery of this life time. It is a big commitment that involves an intense process of healing, growth, enlightenment and personal expansion. Reiki Mastership can assist you in your journey of reclaiming your sovereign divinity, stepping into the highest expression of your authentic self and soul liberation.

- Expand your healing consciousness fostering heightened healing abilities and developing the virtues of a master healer
- One on one mentoring and soul coaching with Sarah to work through whatever is coming up for you through the mastership healing process and the up leveling of your energetic frequency. Sessions are generally held fortnightly or monthly, based on your needs
- Sit in on Reiki course levels 1, 2 and 3a as a Reiki Master apprentice to observe the structure, content and delivery of the modality, participating, making notes and interacting with the group as you extend your beautiful light and support to other awakening souls
- Understanding your role and responsibilities as a healer, boundaries, integrity, ethics and personal responsibility – learn to embody it and teaching it to others
- Bring to light aspects within the subconscious requiring healing on a deeper and more profound level
